I was sceptical about purchasing the E25 earbuds as my son wanted them based on people wearing them on Youtube. I had them shipped to the UK, the shipping was handled very professionally, and the quality of the earbuds is simply outstanding. I did however buy him the wrong colour and so I am thinking of getting him another pair so that he can mix and match. A very positive buying experience and an amazing product.

"Customer Service"
I lost the top to my E50 charging case. I was unable to charge my Raycon earbuds for months! After receiving 2 E55 charging cases, I received an email from Tiffanie of the Raycon Support Squad. She worked with me for a month until I finally received the correct charging case. Tiffanie was very concerned about my inconvenience and the miscommunication throughout my past correspondences. No matter the number of times that I emailed my dissatisfaction, she continued assuring me that she was working on getting the correct charging case to me. She delivered! Having been in the feel of providing customer service, I recognized that Tiffanie went over and above her duties to provide good quality customer service! I would like the company and the Support Squad to know the caliber of one of their Squad members. I hope that she gets the recognition that she deserves! She was not the first Support Squad member that received my request. I'm so thankful to her She gets FOUR STARS from me! Thanks again Tiffanie for a job well done!
